I offer custom-made tours for all ages and all tastes. The views are breathtaking -- a quiet and enchanting patchwork of rice paddies, rivers, streams and beautiful mountains. You can visit Moon hill. Explore the spectacular caves, a local school, a rural factory, and a rustic village. I invite you for a unique visit to my village, to enjoy a special typical Chinese meal at my house, to meet my family, and to have a look to see how we live. If you wish, you can enjoy working in our rice fields as much as you like. 2) Take a bicycle tour out of Yangshuo and back. Escape the cars and busses while we pedal our way alone through the rice paddies to visit rice fields and villages. One old village along the way is especially ancient. You can see some of the former landlords' houses, complete with beautiful wood carving and traditional Chinese roofs. The old bridges along the way are over 500 years old, built with only loose rocks and without concrete or mortar. Don't miss this beautiful rural scenery. The price of a day tour with me including one meal is 60-100 yuan (U.S. $10-30) per person, depending upon the type of tour. If you have a group, I will give you a discount. 3) Boat and bike/bus/car tour. Relax and view the beautiful Li River by boat. By night you can watch cormorant fishing as practiced by local fishermen and fisherwomen. Take a boat from Yangshuo to Fuli (an old town) -- you can take your bike on the boat. Walk around Fuli market and then continue by boat to Liu Gong village to visit some old houses. Then pick up your bicycle and head back to Yangshuo via quiet local roads. Or, take a bus, car, or bike from Yangshuo to see Xing Ping or Fuli local farmers' markets. Then take a boat from Xingping to Yang Di, the most beautiful part on the Li River. 4) Taxi to Guilin (airport, train station, etc.) I shall be glad to advise you on transportation and hotel accommodation in this area. I can offer a reasonable price for you. 5) ONE- OR TWO-DAY MINORITY TOURS. Come and visit a place with a very special and long history. You can explore the different customs and cultures of Yao, Miao, Dong, and Zhuang minorities. They will invite you to dance with them and watch them create the magnificent textiles for which they are famous. You will love to see the unique and beautiful scenery of terraced rice fields. Please do not miss this good opportunity to come on a fun and relaxing journey in this place in the north of Guilin. The price including bus, food and accomodation 200 yuan per day per person.
